Save time at every meeting. With everyone involved.
Prepare your online meetings with ease. Each owner views the documents in their own language and votes at their own pace. You save time before, during and after the meeting.

Benefits by role
Every meeting starts prepared, with a stronger basis for decisions.
Prepare each item once and let every owner read it in their language. Before the meeting, work through questions and see participation in advance; afterwards, review draft minutes written in your tone of voice.
- Simplicity: each item brings together a proposal, documents and a clear explanation.
- Context: an AI assistant connected to the community’s statutes, internal rules, the law and the Civil Code answers owners on your behalf.
- Review: after the meeting, the outcome is recorded in draft minutes ready for review.

How it works
No one votes without understanding the item.
The same agenda item, from your practice to the minutes.
Language and understanding
Language should not be a barrier.
An international community needs more than a translated meeting notice. Every owner needs to understand the item and be able to ask questions in their language, wherever they live.
Each person opens only their version, listens if they prefer and asks questions about their community’s statutes. No searching for their language among piles of files.

Frequently asked questions
What a property management practice asks before trying it.
Collected from real conversations with presidents and property managers. Our answers describe what vecinOS does today.
Another question? Ask us during the demoIs it legal for owners to vote before the meeting?
Spain’s Horizontal Property Act does not yet regulate online voting; a reform is being considered in Congress. That is why the meeting takes place as usual, and each owner’s decision in vecinOS reaches the room as written representation (art. 15.1 LPH), checked by the property manager.
Can an owner change their mind in the room?
Yes. Their advance vote is a starting point, not a final decision: they can change it until the item closes. The debate still matters and every change is recorded.
What about owners who do not use a smartphone?
They take part as usual: attending in person or appointing a representative in writing, with the property manager recording their vote at the meeting. vecinOS adds a way to participate; no one is required to use it.
Isn’t machine translation of the documents enough?
Translation is not the same as understanding. A 45-page set of minutes in four languages is still a pile of files. In vecinOS each owner opens only their language, can listen to the item and asks questions about their community’s statutes and internal rules.
If translations differ, which version prevails?
The Spanish version. The official minutes are written and signed in Spanish; the English, French and Russian versions are courtesy translations and are labelled as such.
What if the assistant gets it wrong?
It answers using the statutes, internal rules, the law and the Civil Code. When a question needs professional judgement, it passes it to the property manager, who answers before the meeting. At Marina Real, 24 questions were answered this way.
Are meetings really shorter?
At Marina Real, the session lasted 3 h 26 min, compared with 9 h the previous year. And it was not a simple meeting: 19 complex items, including changes to the building’s appearance and quotes to choose between. The community had no translation service, so the same person explained each item in Spanish and then English, and the debate also took place in both languages.
The difference was in how people arrived: by the time the room opened, 60.2 % of ownership shares had already voted, so quorum was secured and time was spent on discussion. It is a real case, not a guarantee.
How do we get started?
With a demo based on a real meeting from your practice. We choose an item, prepare it together in vecinOS and show you what each owner receives before you decide whether to continue.
Let’s explore it together
Let’s use a real meeting from your practice.
Choose a meeting you want to prepare. We’ll show you how each item is shared, how questions arrive in each language and how the draft minutes are reviewed. Then you decide whether it fits.
