Understand what you’re deciding. Take part at your own pace.

Your community’s decisions affect your home and daily life. Read proposals in your language, ask about anything unclear and participate even if you cannot be in the room.

Different ways to take part

No one decides for you. Take part informed.

You may be unable to attend, prefer reading calmly or need another language. vecinOS offers different ways to approach the same decision.

Read in your language

Read what is proposed and what each option means, in Spanish, English, French or Russian.

Listen

Turn on read-aloud audio if that suits you better than reading.

Ask before voting

The assistant answers from the statutes, internal rules and law. Anything needing review goes to the manager.

Vote even when absent

Review the proposal and vote in advance when you cannot attend the meeting.

Your participation, step by step

Before and after voting.

Six moments, one app. Keep scrolling and see it on the phone.

Your community’s memory

Decisions at hand when you need them.

A question about the pool, a building rule or a recent decision: return to the minutes instead of relying on memory. Also consult the statutes and internal rules available for your community.
