This policy covers visitors to vecinos.io and demo requests. Homeowner and meeting data are also governed by the privacy policy in the association’s area, where tools for exercising data rights remain available.
Data and purposes
When you request a demo, we receive your name, email, role and, if provided, organisation or association and number of associations. We use them to respond and arrange the demonstration. We also process technical data needed to serve the website, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
Legal basis
We handle your request to take steps before a potential contract. Security and service diagnostics serve the legitimate interest of keeping the service safe and operational. If we introduce a purpose requiring consent, we will ask beforehand.
Necessary service providers
Service providers include Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (abuse prevention), Resend and the email inbox provider (delivery and receipt of requests), Upstash (rate limits and duplicate prevention), Sentry (error diagnostics) and Cal.com when you book a meeting. The calendar receives the name and email you provided to complete the booking. This technical processing is separate from selling or sharing data for advertising.
Retention and rights
We keep the request for as long as needed to handle it and, where applicable, for periods required to demonstrate compliance or address liabilities. You can request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to alvaro@vecinos.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the AEPD.
