About us
Better-prepared meetings. Better-informed communities.
At vecinOS, we develop tools that help property management companies prepare and run their meetings, and help owners get informed, ask questions and vote.
We work on specific problems:
Documents that are hard to understand
Questions that arrive at the last minute
People who cannot take part because of language or distance
How we work
We take care of the product and getting you started.
Preparing a meeting with a new tool takes more than logging into an application. Information needs to be organised, everything needs to work, and questions need answering as people start using it.
Development
We build the tools to prepare meetings, consult documents, collect questions and manage voting.
Design
We make sure everyone understands what they are reading and what they can do, including on mobile and in different languages.
Maintenance
We review how the platform works, fix issues and check changes before releasing them.
Support and getting started
We help property management companies prepare their first meetings and answer questions about using the platform.
Communication
We prepare guides and materials to explain how vecinOS works and make it easier to introduce it to communities.
The beginning
We started by listening to what happened at meetings.
vecinOS grew out of a specific difficulty at Marina Real: a resident had delegated her vote, but it was not recorded. That experience raised the question of how to make participation easier and keep a record of decisions.
The first meetings allowed us to test the product with owners from different countries and language backgrounds. We continue to develop it based on those experiences and conversations with property managers, presidents and residents.
The app is fantastic, it should get more residents engaged as they can now vote and it will be counted hopefully.
